At Archetypes & Sol we are inspired by the Jungian archetypes of the Explorer and Sage, aware of our own shadows and of the complex dance of life that is fruitful, never ending and yet often out of of balance. Our inner calling, whilst operating in a more commercial world has been to raise up those that have helped those at their most fragile or vulnerable.
We understand that giving all your energy can be draining, and thinking about promotion, strategy and marketing in a crowded space can be overwhelming at times. We help you identify the fundamentals of what makes you different. Do you have an innate inner calling, a passion, a life story or inciting incident that sparked a fundamental change, or a natural gift and talent for helping others? We’ll ensure your message resonates on a profound level. Whilst we are inspired by Jungian archetypes, we are not tied to this, and tailor our approach to each individual client’s needs.

Our Own Journey
At Archetypes & Sol, our journey is guided by curiosity and wisdom, rooted in the Explorer and Sage archetypes. My personal healing journey has led me to explore my own pathways and experiences. Now, I want to apply my time in the strategy and creative work to help others in the holistic space. I saw a need for consultancy from someone who understands both the intricacies of the healing and holistic space whilst also I can offer an outsider’s perspective. This is an adventure I’m excited to share—helping you elevate your profile and communicate your message in a way that resonates with your audience.
